Changing the world through travel is baked into who we are at G Adventures. Our team around the world deeply values diversity, inclusivity, and the power of community. Pride isn’t just an annual event, it’s a year-round commitment. We wholeheartedly embrace and stand in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community so every traveller feels valued on their journey with us.

On tour

When you head out on a trip with G Adventures, you're not just a traveller – you're a valued member of our global community. Diversity is, and always will be, celebrated so that everyone is free to be their most authentic selves.

Commitment to traveller safety

The safety and well-being of our travellers is our top priority. We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all individuals to explore the world freely and without fear. Our Traveller Conduct Policy reflects this commitment:

Respecting people

Travellers are expected to respect others. This includes other travellers, G Adventures staff, third-party service providers, and the local people and cultures in the destinations they visit. We commit to making our tours a safe and inclusive place for people to express their authentic selves without judgment, free from any discriminatory language or harassment. While travelling with G Adventures, all travellers must treat each other with dignity and respect to create an environment that is positive, safe, and where everyone feels welcome.

CEOs role in fostering inclusion

Our Chief Experience Officers (CEOs) are dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where all travellers feel valued. As ambassadors of diversity and inclusivity, our CEOs lead by example embracing diversity, promoting respect, and fostering a sense of community among their travellers. Their job is to guide meaningful cultural exchange, address concerns promptly and professionally, and lead travellers on memorable journeys filled with adventure, discovery, and connections with people and places around the world. As part of their commitment, all CEOs receive LGBTQ+ inclusion training so every traveller feels respected and welcomed.
